Save your $ and headache!!!
Not only do these toys always have connectivity issues but when I contacted them after my lush2 had leaked battery acid inside my vagina they told me they would provide me a replacement at a discounted price since the guarantee was over. I paid the full price (69usd) for a discontinued lush1. I contacted them regarding their mistake, i cannot use a toy that has the control button inside my body… they told me they would keep a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping because of THEIR mistake! And that’s not even mentioning the support they give you when their toys aren’t working properly! After a back and forth of tons of screenshots they told me to add them on Skype to resolve the issue… I could never recommend lovense they are a NIGHTMARE save your money and headaches!! Edit: I guess they scam people so often that they asked for more information about my case. =my review could be removed for some reason. Hey lovense, ask Elsa and she will be able to help you. She made me lose it like never before and I insulted her intelligence. Unless this is common practice for you guys? I can send the email thread if you’d like?... I will make a video about this since it got so out of hand because of lack of clarity and greediness. Silence me here but your emails and promises black on white will be shown around.
