jul6 multiple purchase not credit back after 3 months
jun 6 , purchase France 15 days multiple time, due to unable to load airaelo. but after reported to the operator, he did removed the multiple purchase, but did not credit the fund back to my credit card. he told me it might take 14days to get the refund credit back. but till date. don't see this refund.

double entry purchase request refund was not hounour as promise
I don't like, unable to download when you are arrive to the country you bought esim for. need to have wifi to download, some times is unable to find a free wifi. also the if notice customer mistake on double entry of purchase. should have given the refund as per request & promise.
