My experience
My experience, so far, with 4Patriots has been great. Their customer service is helpful and caring. I will admit that I have not used any item other than the solar fridge and the power bank. I have received several Food items from the company and they seem palatable (I usually consume the dried bananas immediately!). And the bite sized pasries are very tasty. I cannot comment on the generators, etc. because I do not have one. I did just purchase A Back-up Buddy and I trust it will work properly when I set it up shortly. I have no complaints, really, and I am surprised at the dissatisfaction expressed by other customers. Of course, dissatisfied customers tend to comment more readily than satisfied customers.
