Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy. Company is not a US based company. Poor customer service. I have ordered from this establishment twice. First time there was a delay with shipping. One item was wrong size. Honestly thought it was an unfortunate mishap. I gave them another try. Again, delay in shipping. My package has said on four separate occasions out for delivery and then gets transferred back to multiple packaging centers. I contacted the support team. Randy from ironfit panda acts like it’s my fault for requesting a valid status of goods. Randy used poor grammar and punctuation. The punctuation came off rude and hostile. Till this day my items are still lost in the abyss and I have never received them. I was asked to update or respond to my review. Product has not been delivered. Still out in the abyss as of 12/7. The company wanted to redo the order but I declined due to the way it was handled and how the email response from Randy was handled.
