Dear Trip.com, You are good but sometime you make things difficult . I wanted to change my single leg flight (Bangkok to delhi) and all together you are charging me 350 GBP but new ticket was 125 GBP . What kind of the service it is and its unjustifies insteam of day just say buy new ticket. Just tell me why anyone will pay 350 GBP if new ticket is 147 GBP . Just please use some basic understanding before charging it .
