Positive experience with Preston Baker Oakwood
I’ve been dealing with Gemma Duxbury at Preston Baker while searching for a new home, viewing a few properties, and she’s been brilliant. From the very first viewing, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. I really appreciated her proactive approach and the way she made sure I was always kept informed about next steps and progress. She made the whole process smooth and easy, exactly what you hope for when buying. Also, her colleague Gemma Carter recently came to value our home and I was really impressed with how friendly and down-to-earth she was. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us honest advice, and made what could have felt like a daunting process very straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Gemma in the future or recommend her to others, she made a really positive impression.
