Sooooo.. Yes and no. Yes because the reservation and airplane is 100% real, i checked every of my reservation, so that's a +++ But i mistaked one (or they ?) with a wrong city, so i wanted to contact them, and i never had answer, mail and live chat. So use it but be careful !
