I have email from merchant confirm…cancellation
I have email from merchant confirm purchase cancel , yet was told whether merchant is truly not claiming this transaction . Than ( We will help you only after the period is over which is 13 to 14 days later) Why can't you just ask me to email the cancellation email to you so you can proceed to do the necessary refund. Simple but have to make thing difficult
