I wish I could have a better response
I wish I could have a better response, but honestly it's kind of been a nightmare. I ordered some items a few months ago. I ended up moving before they shipped, and had to get the address changed. That went fine. Two months pass, the items get "returned to sender" cause they couldn't find the apartment number. I'm promised that once the items make it back they'll be resent. Another month later, after I haven't heard anything and ask if I can just be resent the items I previously purchased as a new order, I'm told no. I ask for a refund, they say no. The items are clearly lost in the mail and no one wants to help. Feels like they just wanted to keep my money. I had to dispute it with my bank and overall it's just been very frustrating. Only reason I'm giving two stars is for the promptness of response. But I guess that isn't that great if it's useless answers.
