Excellent Company
Well,I had to delay my monthly payment due to an unauthorized withdrawal on my bank acct. It has taken time to resolve it. Therefore I am late on my payment. They have been so accommodating,knowledgeable, and kind. I was given an option for a payment arrangement so there isn't a gap in my account. It was so easy to set up and I am so relieved. They have helped with all my credit issues,disputes etc. In just one month,my credit score has gone up from 480 to 540. They filed many disputes,letters,and performed follow ups among other functions. Ava was so helpful today as well as a gentleman I spoke with before,but don't have his name. I highly recommend this company. I love the fast results also. Thank you everyone at credit pros. I am looking forward to working with your company in the future and am optimistic about my credit and what the future holds. I know I am in great hands with this company.
