An unexpected weight loss surprise
I decided to try Happy Hormone and Happy Hormone Plus+ combo. The main reasons for trying these supplements were to help with menopause acne and joint stiffness. Yes, those symptoms improved in a slow a steady way. My intuition says that I will need a solid 3 months worth of supplements for these symptoms to go away or reduce substantially. What I wasn't focusing on (not my primary goals), but the quickest and most obvious result, was the disappearance of puffiness and the weight loss! I'm genuinely so surprised by this.
