Minor snag - taken care of. Well done.
I had a zipper that blew out on the bag cover. The bag itself/liner zipper have been fine. They replaced the cover without hassle. FedEx just dropped it off. Only thing I might change would be to get a 6 footer, instead of the 7 footer. It's BIG! Very comfortable. My dog thinks so, too.
