Customer service: Initial review and updated review
INITIAL REVIEW (2 stars): There were no instructions for how to assemble anything or how to even use the machine. I emailed asking for instructions and got no response. The only email I received was to ask me to confirm I received the machine. After that, nothing. Terrible customer service. UPDATED REVIEW (4 stars): Within 12 hours of posting my initial review, I was contacted by the seller and provided with the machine's instruction manual and YouTube video via email and WhatsApp. Additionally, the seller apologized for the oversight.
