Great product, great delivery, disappointing customer service
I love the new chairs and the experience of ordering them. They are amazing. The team that delivered the chairs, top notch. Where ID missed the mark is the lack of follow up from the designer from the location I ordered them from. No call, no personal email, nothing. I work in a client facing industry and have constant communication with my clients and I have had follow up from other furniture stores in Chicago I have used. Great product, lackluster customer service.
