Customer service is terrible And false advertising
Customer service is terrible. You changed your website after the fact I have photo proof. It did not say it came in for separate pieces. They have lied since day one First they told me that they don’t do canvas prints any more but it’s still advertising doing canvas prints. The size I ordered was not showing or ever stated it came in for separate pieces. I took photos of the website of the description before I made a complaint knowing that they would change their website as soon as I called them out on it and yes as soon as I called them the website changed. They offered me a 15% discount and I can keep my item. I don’t want a 15% discount. I wanted what you advertised or a size that you don’t cut into four separate pieces.
