Account closed. No way to contact.
I’ve made several purchases from DH Gate but today when I went to check on my current orders, my account shows closed for safety concerns. I have tried to email support@dhgate. com and it shows undeliverable. I can’t use the chat link because you have to log in. Super disappointing that you can’t get through in any way. Edited to add…I cannot send the screenshot to you because when I go to the link you sent, I am asked to log in, which I cannot do because my “account was closed”.
