When I contacted support, instead of resolving the issue directly, I was referred back to the seller. It has now been around 3 months since I first reported the problem, and I am still dealing with back-and-forth messages without a proper solution. The process is extremely slow — you often have to wait until the next day for a reply, which makes everything take much longer than it should. Compared to platforms like Amazon or Temu, where issues are handled quickly and efficiently, this experience has been frustrating. Here, you are left to negotiate directly with the seller, and getting a fair refund feels unnecessarily difficult. Overall, this has not been a good experience, and based on this, I cannot recommend using Banggood if you expect reliable customer service or smooth refund handling.
