Poor execution of delivery instructions
Poor execution of delivery instructions I've placed my order with the merchant which allows selection of delivery date and timing. I've picked 11-Nov, between 10am to 6pm. Delivery was attempted at 8.30am on 9-Nov instead. I've then reschedule it to the same date, 11-Nov. 10-Nov, i got a delivery notification again at 8.30am. They are really wasting consumer time and their own delivery guys' time!!
