REFUND NOT ISSUED
I ordered a pair of platform boots and they were a size too small so I decided to send them back. I had to go through a process before being able to return and during that time I realized the right shoe had a tack in it. I finally get the information needed to send them back and also let them know about the problem with the right shoe and I send them back soon as I can. (It took me $30 to send the shoes back to the location due to the fact they wanted them in the original box and I had to pay $7 for a bigger box). Their policy is vague on whether you'll receive any of that money back let alone 100% of your refund. I am yet to hear from them or receive my refund. The shoes were delivered back to them last Friday and I still haven't heard from them I was trying to wait until I received my refund before leaving my next review but yet again no response, no refund. If I don't have my money by the end of the week hopefully I'll find another way to get it and I will never shop with them again. Their customer service can be great but in this situation it was HORRIBLE! I m sad and highly disappointed
