First time purchasing from CraftCuts…
First time purchasing from CraftCuts but not my last. I ordered a custom oval board for a door sign I want to make and it came out beautifully! The sizing was exactly what in ordered and the look and feel of the wood was excellent. FedEx messed up the delivery. They said it was delivered when it wasn’t and CraftCuts offered to make another one for me. We gave it a few days and it finally showed up, but it showed me how good the customer service at CraftCuts is and how much they stand by their products. Highly recommend.
