I purchase a Key Tool Plus and other pieces from your company Xhorse. Susie was very instrumental in assisting me with the purchase. Because it was the first time I am dealing with a company as far as China, I reached out to Susie and she held my hands, literally, through the process, when I received the tool and proceeded to register it, and encountered some obstacles, after trying a few times without success, I again reached out to the “Angel” Susie, and as before there she was, spending hours holding my hands again until I got the registration process correct, now I am up and running.
