Worst airline ever
I was unexpectedly denied boarding at the check-in counter. Following this incident, I contacted both China Eastern Airlines repeatedly in an effort to understand the reason for the denial of boarding and to seek a fair resolution. Unfortunately, instead of receiving one clear and consistent explanation, I was provided with several different and contradictory reasons throughout my communications It’s been almost a month without any response or refund issued
