2nd Time is a charm!
My initial order was delivered (by the shipping company, not grand-kitchen) to New York (versus California). I contacted the company - spoke with Winter who was very gracious. She arranged to have another knife sent to me @ n/c. Received my item. The knife itself is great - and the customer service was perfect also.
