GiftYa is my favorite way to give gift cards!
I love using GiftYa. I have used them several times. I love that they work with local to any area merchants so you can get a bit more personal with the person you are gifting to. I love that it lets you know that it's been delivered and even used. I had an experience once where someone forgot to use their gift certificate and GiftYa sent me a reminder and I was able to let the person know. It's an easy and wonderful way to surprise someone you care about with a fun little pick me up. It also allows you to change the picture of the e-Card to something more personal.
