Good but must improve
Along with the existing e-mail option, I believe an online 24/7 support chat would improve a lot the experience and transaction for us buyers, like in other similar sites. Although the deliver finally occurred, i believe this particular Seller should improve his comunication in the sit chat, since he never replied me, what forced me to contact support.
