Ordered but no product code received
I have ordered, I have done the payement process, I have downloaded the invoice. I did not receive a product code yet and I can also see that the money has not been drawn from my account yet. Nevertheless it looks like you have registered an order for this. What can I do to receive the product code? Anything wrong with the payment process? Luc
