DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very poor quality and falsely advertised shoes were orthopaedic. What a joke, they sent the wrong size and pretty much said it was my fault. I sent photos and proof of my order but they just kept dancing around the subject and offered 30% refund of the cost. To return them I was expected to pay the $50 to $60 dollar cost and the shoes cost that much! The colour was not like picture and the quality was terrible. Not an Australian company despite having Sydney in their name. Going through PayPal to get my money back Date of experience: 04 June 2024
