Defective MI11 Ultra and bad experience
Bought a Xiaomi Mi11 Ultra back in April. the phone started to have issues and random rebooting problems. So I sent the phone back to Giztop. after almost 1 month an testing they said that the phone didn't have any issues ..... in the first place no one would pay shipping back to china if the phone was working correctly. Now they send the phone back to me but with no repair unit specified in the shipment... and DHL wants me to pay the whole tax of the phone again like if it was new..... I don't recommend buying from this site if you are from MEX.
