Disappointing Mango Square cake.
We received our Mango Square cake on Thursday and were very disappointed with it. There was hardly any layer of cake; it was mostly filled with cream. We have been ordering the same cake from you for over a year and have never experienced this issue before. As a VIP member and a loyal customer, we were particularly disappointed with the quality this time. We would appreciate it if you could look into what went wrong.
