never dream getting your box on scheduled time
Ordered 17 days ago and already 3 days passed the scheduled deliver date, but my box is still somewhere at an airport at the other side of the earth. The customer service just checking where my parcel was and they said after the items leaving from their warehouse they were not responsible for when a customer gets his/her order, and they can do nothing for making the situation better. I start to wonder asking for refund. I regret using hekka.com. very much.
