So many red flags!!!
The company forces you to watch mandatory videos during checkout, after you give your care details. All of the videos last multiple minutes, and if you click on a prompt throughout this process you get charged extra with no option to review your basket at the end and remove products. They are also not responding to their emails for refunds, they have an AI replying instead. So many red flags. The actual fragrances are "okay", very cheaply made and nothing special compared to what's advertised.
