Misleading estimations and wasted budget – Avoid Google Ads for video promotions!
I am extremely disappointed with Google Ads. When setting up my YouTube video promotion, the platform's interface explicitly estimated that my budget would generate between 10,000 and 20,000 views. Trusting these official metrics, I launched the campaigns.Instead of delivering what was promised, the system automatically pushed my ads to a cheap traffic market (India) without any clear warning. The entire budget was instantly drained on generic impressions, resulting in just a few hundred actual views.When I contacted Google Ads Support to report this massive discrepancy, they completely brushed it off, using AI-generated templates to state that "funds were successfully utilized" and refused any refund.The initial estimates are highly misleading and trap beginner creators into losing money for useless traffic.
