Ordered a dog Plack with a photo on 8th Sep paid £38.99 including postage Item arrived broken the stake and part of the plack is snapped off Thd company want me to pay the postage for a replacement one I am not paying postage again it is not my fault it is broken Have sent a few emails to them and just answer back click on the link to pay postage Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company I paid £38.99 !
