I brought straight from China by Alibaba. My sales man was extremely helpful and cooperative. I imported my ep500pro myself before the Australian dealer opens I also use my ep500pro everyday and when there is not enough light and I use the grid to charge it up sometimes though only for a short time if I know the sun will be strong. The product is extremely reliable and I love saving costs for power supply as Australian charges continues to rise. I am now wanting to expand so I will never need the Grid ever.
