Walmart is a scam and tries to keep your money
I recently needed a few things that I wanted quick. I stopped shopping at Walmart. Com because their views of equality, equity and just humanity didn't relate plus horrible customer service. I joined Walmart plus and ordered the items. Today, I am waiting to receive items I cancelled and because two days later the vendor decided to ship anyway, Walmart refuses to refund my money until the items are marked delivered. What a scam? I quickly cancelled Walmart plus and after this is resolved I will delete my information and the app and I am out. I would caution anyone ordering from Walmart.com even grocery delivery. I would have given zero. Customer service, I have no idea where they hire those people from. The worst, rude and disrespectful.
