Package never arrived
I've waited 3 months and it was supposed to arrive after 21 business days. My package never arrived (Europe). They gave an unfair option, to either reship (which will take about 4 months, and the lenses will expire at that time. or pay extra 21+ dollars to reship it faster. if you want a refund they will take 30% of the refund, look at their policies before you make an order. The issue was that there was no courier to pick up the package, which resulted in that the package was sent back to the company. I never received it. And then they gave me those unfair options. I find it difficult to understand why the company finds it reasonable to impose 30% of the refund for themselves, when I wrote the correct adress and more. But the fault that there was no courier in Singapore that could pick it up and transport it to Europe is not anything the customer should be held responsible for and be imposed 30% of the refund. Even when you sign the policies at the exist of the checkout. Even when you read the policies, it's difficult to understand it. As a customer you just trust, it's according to the law and is a fair policy to the customer. The company takes advantage of the customer, who has no knowledge that their policies are so unfair. If you want to receive your package quick, smooth, fair prize, and with no issues, then this is not the reliable company you should make an order from.
