This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! Do not buy from them. I ordered what was stated on their website as canvas bags. I received them and they are nylon which I cannot use. I requested to return them and was refused! Refused to return? They would not refund to my CC. They would not refund shipping charges which are as much as the cost of the bags, I filed a claim with my CC company and Nihao gave me a store credit. My claim was settled in their favor and then they would not honor the credit the gave me because they say the chargeback claim is not settled. I sent them the letter showing them it is over and in their favor. Their communication is abysmal and they do not stand by what they advertise. Stay away from this company! To respond to you Nihao: I have explained repeatedly that the chargeback is settled and over. I even sent a photo of the letter I received from my credit card company. All this info is on your website in the dispute section. There is no more chargeback and yet you keep telling me to cancel it when it has been settled. You keep saying it is on PayPal when the charge is through a different financial institution entirely. I do not understand why this is so difficult.
