My wife ordered personalized golf balls…
My wife ordered personalized golf balls from Titleist thru this company . She didn’t know to go direct . The order was placed on 4-2-23 . As of June 2,2023 no update . They told her 4-6 weeks which is ridiculous in the first place but Titleist is equally guilty here . We wrote an email on 6-1 and received no reply . I called and left a message in the morning of 6-2 and no one called back . I called again in the afternoon and finally got someone . “ I’ll check with Titleist “. I said don’t bother just cancel the order. Now we will see if we get our money back . I would avoid these unresponsive people . Also , FYI, they take their money up front at the time of the order. We never got a follow up or courtesy email with a new ETA. Go direct or use another company . These are bad actors .
