BUYERS BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️ this is the worst company I’ve ever ordered anything from!! The site clearly states processing is 2-5 days and shipping is 7-12 days. I ordered a dress on October 31st from this place for my birthday 11/17. It took a few days to process but after that it was a complete DISASTER!!! once it shipped I received a tracking number. it arrived and departed from THE SAME warehouse in JAMAICA NY for a whole month!! Yes a whole month! It would take 2-3 days to update and Everytime it did it was either arriving or departing from the same warehouse it never moved! At this point I knew my dress was going to be late to I reached out to customer service and asked to cancel my order and a full refund! They told me they couldn’t cancel it because it had already shipped and to be patient.. I’m telling them yes it has shipped but ITS NOT MOVING ANYWHERE! It keeps arriving and departing from the same place! They basically blew me off and said it wasn’t anything they could do I just had to wait! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered because majority of them are bad and the same issue! It finally updated to something different after a month and then it moved in transit as normal after that! I ended up having to buy a whole nother emergency dress from Amazon due to they’re jacked up shipping issues and horrible excuses and customer service. Anyways my dress finally comes 11/28 Smh BIRTHDAY WAS 11 DAYS AGO!😡 thank you for ruining my birthday! Thank god for amazon or I wouldn’t have had a dress at all! 😔 my first time ordering from this place and I will never order again. NEVER. I hope this helps someone. Plz don’t order from this place if you need it by a certain time or if it’s a special occasion.
