Was looking for an item that was no longer listed on the site. Had to go to the chat to get it resolved. Chat was taking quite some time and I had to leave without resolving the matter. Came home to an email and touched base with the associate that had reached out. Within a few days, the item was back listed on the site and I was able to order what I needed.
