I received an item that was just a large STICKER. They are advertising something entirely different and they don’t want to refund money. Take a look at what I received versus what they are advertising. Unable to add photos per Trustpilot..sorry…it said I could but I contacted Trustpilot and they said that function not available for written experience…
Instead of the item that they advertised, I received a large STICKER. The STICKER was the picture shown but the item advertised was about 2” thick it was an item you could hold in one hand and the item advertised didn’t flop around what I received was paper thin and if you held in one hand it was floppy(did not hold its shape as advertised). Sent an email back and forth to company requesting refund and free delivery back to company. They offered 30% discount or full refund after I paid to return to a China address. They started with 10% and got up to 30%. I would have to pay for postage back to China. The return address I havèn enveloped that delivered is in the UNITED STATES. I would like to show pictures of what I received and what was advertised. Anyway to do this let me know.
