The Perfect Container!
My set arrived and my husband who has been or Cook for 41 years feel in love with them! He said they are the best containers/canisters we've had! The brown sugar container was broken. I took pictures and sent them in. Customer Service responded promptly and a new container was sent within one week. I was impressed with how personable the back and forth emails were. They made me feel like the broken container was the worst thing that could have ever happened. All Customer service should be like this!
