Great Service!
The service is quick and helpful. The helpers are not cynical and truly try to help you. For example, I had made a mistake on my server and needed to go back one day with automatic back-ups, but by the time I got the back-up service, it was the next day and I now needed two-day back-ups. As I had originally requested when only one-day back-ups were needed, they gave me access to the back-up I needed for free. Everything works as marketed. I had a 1 GB server with no add-ons for a year (now I have one add-on) and it has run well, despite using countless command blocks and even some repeating command blocks.
