Oyrosy outfits are really good, tried them once and I was very very please with presentation and quality, shipment was reasonable good until I tried them again and bought a couple more peices, I bought five outfits, since the first week of January, after 2-3 weeks I received 2 out of the five outfits..then after another 2 weeks going to the the 3rd week, I reached to them and asked whats the situation on the remaining outfits..that was when I got a email to say the remaining outfits are "out of stock" that upset me as I had plans for two of the outfits. They have no telephone number to communicate so it was only thru email which take a couple days and when finally get a responce , they ask that I must choose a replacement, I did that which some.cost maybe a little over the original, they response was that I must choose something else. I said refund my money and it was like emailing a robot, different names respond saying the smae thing, went into almost two months, I received one of the three remaining outfits and today (Feb 25th ) I got a email to say they refund my balance. I must say, they have nice outfits but customer service sucks! and I dont think I will ever go through something like that again!
