Way too many "post purchase" ads, some with misleading prices
Shipping from US was fast. Not so much with shipping from China, but that's expected. Some prices were attractive, leading to an initial purchase. So much for the pros. As for the cons, the major reason for the mediocre rating is there are way too many ads cluttering my inbox after a single purchase. Also, supposedly there are bonuses for additional purchases, but these do not show up in a test shopping cart (maybe they don't show up until checkout? Wouldn't know, since I've only purchased once), I also noticed that prices listed for some advertised items got inflated when they were added to a cart. Other online vendors are much more transparent and less "noisy" to deal with, which is why I'm less likely to purchase from Banggood again. FWIW, I did not have an annoying post purchase ad experience the only other time I bought through them, in 2023.
