SCAM. When it comes to customer service
When it comes to customer service, this has to be one of the worst companies ever. I emailed so many times, I have created new cases all the time, all they do is ignore your emails and messages. Then I created a new email and pretended to be a new customer and they replied straight away. So I realised they are happy to keep my money and not pay money into my account. It’s ridiculous how bad the customer service is. Companies dealing with finance shouldn’t have bad customer service. Because of this, I wasn’t able to receive my money which I needed really badly to keep my business afloat, and I had to close my business down. It resulted in a lot of stress, now I am having medical treatment because of this. Never trust this company, I trusted them but it back fired of them holding my money. Now I am severely depressed and it caused a lot of hassle in my personal life. Update: As you can see Rapyd has given the same template response that I have seen on here. The email the recommended to email is the one I have emailed and been ignored. They are holding funds that should’ve been settled in my account. This company is a scam, stay away from this company. I have contacted a couple of media outlets about my story and I already have interests. I also came across a few other people who have had a bad experience with Rapyd and lost their money.
