The knob that actually turns on my portable dryer BLACK+DECKER BCED26 is cheaply made. It is also weirdly designed so a typical replacement knob will not work for it. I've contacted Black N Decker customer support I kid you not at least 20 times and they have yet to send me a replacement knob and continue giving me the run around. I've come across one agent that went above and beyond to help me, but he works in a department that cannot resolve the issue at hand. The folks working in the positions to help are NO HELP whatsoever. They are the worst and this is not my first time having an issue with them. I will never ever purchase another Black and Decker product and I'm pretty upset that I spent hundreds of dollars on a dryer that is essentially a piece of crap and have parts that they can't even replace because they're cheaply made pieces of garbage.
