Impossible to reach anyone.. just a random bunch of FAQs that don’t fit the situation. Weeks after ordering and payment I receive a text from a company I don’t know, saying I owe custom fees that are greater than the product ordered. I spam it. But now, after much research I find a blurb buried in the sportdirect site saying some delivery locations have to pay custom fees. This should be highlighted up front.. I buy international products frequently and never experienced this deceptive practice. Stay away from this company. Others carry same products without the hassle.
