Blindsided
I have an acct, received quarterly treatments then 1 day I get an email Pestie has put together annual treatments at the cost of $140. Called the company the same day & told them I didn't want it but it already shipped. Waited 4 delivery today, tracking said it was left at "1 of my doors" @ 601pm, I never received it. I was going to return it the next day. 140 chg on my credit card, no product & stuck with trying to get this rectified. When I do Pestie is canceled.
