I must commend the customer service team for their exceptional speed and attentiveness; it's truly refreshing to encounter such professionalism - kudos. However, regrettably, my experience has been marred by a few significant issues: Like several others, I encountered difficulties getting the product to function as expected, contrasting with the seamless usability of alternative products. To fellow residents of Scandinavia and the EU, I strongly advise reconsidering purchases from this company. While it may not fall directly under EU legislation, the company has chosen to maintain policies incongruent with the customary service standards of EU customers. Despite the 14-day right of withdrawal enshrined in EU law, granting consumers the ability to return purchases within 14 days without justification, this company has opted not to comply with such regulations. Although the company cannot be compelled to conform to these regulations, it would undeniably elevate their customer service to provide such a service to EU consumers. I urge careful scrutiny of this company's policies prior to making any purchases. Given the operational challenges experienced by myself and others, it's imperative to consider the protective umbrella of EU consumer law. I cannot stress this point enough. If you reside within the EU, familiarize yourself with the policies of this company to avoid potential discrepancies in service standards.
